No purchase necessary to participate or win.

  1. Open only to legal U.S. who are 18 years of age or older.
  2. Entry form available at online at www.shoptheirvinecompany.com/NCEmailUpdates.aspx.
  3. One online entry will be accepted one time only per person.
  4. The Prize is a $500 Chevron gift card. One (1) Prize will be awarded. No cash alternative or prize substitution will be allowed.
  5. Winner will be selected by a random drawing and notified in July 2009 via phone, email and/or mail. Promotion begins 12:01 AM PT 05/07/09 and ends 11:59 PM PT 06/30/09. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received. If winner is ineligible, unavailable for prize fulfillment or unwilling to accept the prize within 30 days of drawing, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received.
  6. By accepting the prize, the winners authorize use of winner's name in conjunction with marketing activities of The Irvine Company LLC.
  7. The Irvine Company LLC is not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages or costs of any kind arising in connection with, or as a result of, the winner's acceptance or use of the prize. Winner agrees to indemnify and hold The Irvine Company LLC, its affiliate companies and their respective officers, employees, directors, shareholders, partners, members and agents harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the winner's acceptance or use of the prize.
  8. Employees, associates, officers, directors and contractors of The Irvine Company LLC, affiliate companies and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) or persons residing in the same household as they do, are not eligible to participate or win a prize.
  9. By participating, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. This promotion is governed by California law. Void where prohibited by law.
