Capital features Chinese dim sum and seafood in a casual, East meets West theme. Capital will serve more than 100 types of dim sum such as Shiu Mai, Shrimp Har Gow, Steamed BBQ Pork Buns and Shanghai Dumplings. Dinner menu favorites include House Special Lobster, Alaskan King Crab, Honey-Glazed Walnut Shrimp, French-Style Filet Mignon and Peking Duck.
