Sage on the Coast to host "German Wine Dinner"

On Wednesday, May 21st, Sage on the Coast will host a winemaker's
dinner with three German wine producers.
The event will highlight a
fantastic cross-section of German varietals and styles – Sparkling,
Reisling Spätlese, Gewürztraminer Spätlese, Pinot Noir and Reisling
Beerenauslese. Don't miss out, the wines are fun, full of finesse and
food friendly. Sage's culinary team will present a delectable
five-course meal specially paired to the wines.
Scheduled to appear are, Alice Fitz owner and winemaker at Fitz-Ritter
VdP in Pfalz; Frank Heyden, owner and winemaker at Dr. Heyden in
Rheinhessen; and Barbara Rundquist, owner of Dr. H Thanisch in Mosel.
Each of the winemakers will present two wines. The price for wine and
food is $65.
